Refund policy

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that are not in original condition.

Important notes on this service:

Please include your order number with the returned item. Not providing an order number will delay the refund process. Please send using a tracked service. We cannot be held accountable for lost items in the post.
